Find out what actually reaches your bank account. EPF, SOCSO, SKBBK, EIS and PCB worked out from the statutory tables — with the band each figure came from shown beside it.
Everything updates as you type.
These decide which rates apply to your pay.
Budget 2026 left the tax bands unchanged, so both years charge the same rates.
You pay the full EPF, SOCSO and EIS rates.
From 60 your own EPF and SOCSO deductions stop and EIS ends, so your take-home goes up.
Your employer's size changes what they pay, not what you take home.
Companies with 10 or more staff must pay a 1% training levy to HRD Corp, and those with 5 to 9 may pay 0.5%. Your employer pays it — it is never deducted from you, so it changes only the cost of employing you shown below.
Each of these brings your tax bill down, so more of your pay reaches you. Leave any at zero if it does not apply.

Only the reliefs an employer applies automatically are counted unless you add your own above. Everything else — lifestyle, medical, education — has to be claimed from your employer on a Borang TP1, or from LHDN when you file.
None of this shows on your payslip, and all of it is part of what you cost to employ.

An estimate for normal monthly remuneration. It assumes you work the whole year with one employer, and leaves out mid-year joiners with a previous employer's PCB to carry forward, CP38 directives, benefits in kind, unpaid leave, and the 15% flat rates for the Returning Expert Programme and approved knowledge workers. EPF is taken from the Third Schedule bands and SOCSO, SKBBK and EIS from their RM100 wage bands, so figures carry sen and stop rising above RM 6,000 a month. SKBBK became voluntary for local employees on 8 July 2026 — check your own payslip against the current rates.
